What Is a Thermoplastic Honeycomb Panel?

Thermoplastic honeycomb panels are lightweight sandwich panels made with a polypropylene honeycomb core and fiber-reinforced thermoplastic skins.

The honeycomb core reduces weight, while the outer skins provide stiffness and protect the core. Different skin structures, surfaces, core densities and panel thicknesses can be selected according to the application.
