Facing-CFRT Sheets

CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic) is used as the reinforced skin of the panel. Continuous fiberglass reinforcement combined with a polypropylene thermoplastic matrix provides a lightweight and stiff surface structure. The CFRT skins are laminated with a PP honeycomb core to form a lightweight sandwich panel for flooring and structural applications.

The polypropylene honeycomb core provides a lightweight structural foundation for the sandwich panel. Its honeycomb geometry helps reduce overall panel weight while maintaining structural stability.
