The panel uses a polypropylene honeycomb core combined with surface layers. Thickness, core density, panel size and surface material can be adjusted according to the cabinet structure and application.

Why Use PP Honeycomb Panels for Cabinets?
One of the main reasons is weight.
The honeycomb structure reduces the amount of solid material inside the panel while maintaining a sandwich structure. This can be useful for large cabinet doors, cabinet bodies, partitions and other furniture components where reducing panel weight is required.

What About Screw and Hardware Fixing?

For positions such as hinges, handles, connectors and other hardware fixing points, inserts or local reinforcement can be placed inside the panel during manufacturing.
This allows the fixing area to be reinforced according to the cabinet design rather than making the entire panel solid.
The location and size of the reinforcement can be prepared according to the customer’s drawings and hardware positions.
